Backing
up your computer information/files is another
problem that many people have. The best way
to back up your information is to install a
CD ROM Burner (CD-R or CD-RW) drive on your
computer. Simply save all your files to the
CD and your CD will last for years with your
critical data safe. CD's are easily stored for
easy access to your back up data. Click on the

Common
problems are found when you turn your computer on
or off. Windows won't start the first time so you
have to turn it on again until you get it working.
Always reboot your computer if you are having problems
while running a program or on the Internet. Another
common problem is that the sound card is conflicting
with your mouse or modem. The best way to solve a
sound card problem is to remove the device causing
the problem, start the computer so it will realize
the card has been removed, then reinstall the card
(you will need the install disk or CD that originally
came with your computer or sound card).
